If you are having trouble logging in to your GEM Portal account, follow these steps:  First, make sure that you have the latest version of the GEM Portal software installed on your computer.  Next, open the GEM Portal program and click on the “Login” button at the top of the main window.  You will be prompted to enter your gem portal login credentials.  If you are having problems logging in, please contact your system administrator for assistance. Once you are on gem.gov.in, click on the login link in the top left corner of the page. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click on the Forgotten Password link to reset it. If you have forgotten your username, enter your email address and click on theforgotten username link to reset it. Once you have reset your password or recovered your forgotten username, enter your new password in the login form and click on the Login button.
